These Terms of Service apply to use of the website centraltec.de and the information presented there about Centraltec GmbH services and products. Deviating terms apply only if we expressly agree in writing.

The website presents our company, services (in particular AI consulting and software development) and products. Binding offers arise only through individual agreement. Information on the website is non-binding unless expressly marked otherwise.

§ 3 Contact requests

You may submit non-binding enquiries via the contact form. A contract is formed only upon our express acceptance or a separate agreement.

§ 4 Intellectual property

Texts, trademarks, logos, graphics and other content on this website are protected by copyright and/or trademark law. Use beyond what is legally permitted requires our prior consent.

§ 5 Liability

We aim to keep information current and accurate. We are liable for damages arising from use of the website only in cases of intent and gross negligence and for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to typically foreseeable damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act and for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

Links to third-party websites (e.g. product sites) are outside our responsibility. Their operators are responsible for their content.

§ 7 Governing law and venue

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Venue for merchants is Munich, where legally permitted.

§ 8 Final provisions

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
